2 Account Registration and Verification

A valid account is required to use services on 8abd. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.1 Registration Terms

  • Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
  • The name, date of birth, and other identity details provided at registration must be true and accurate.
  • Keeping the account password fully confidential is the user's own responsibility.
  • If unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the 8abd support team must be informed immediately.
  • Creating an account in another person's name or on their behalf is not allowed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

8abd follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure secure transactions. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions:

  • A copy of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (verification of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number)
  • Proof of address (where applicable)

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Age Limit: 8abd strictly follows a 21+ policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and use services on this platform.

By registering, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. 8abd may request age verification at any time. If an account is created by providing a false age, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online betting and gaming is legal in your area before using this service. 8abd may not be used in regions where such services are prohibited by law.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8abd provides promotional offers and bonuses from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms. The detailed terms for the welcome bonus are given below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

  • A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to be eligible for the bonus.
  • Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only).
Another example: A deposit of ৳14,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus applies only once and to one account.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been met.
  • 8abd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • If bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means, all bonuses will be cancelled.
  • The platform will set the maximum bet limit when playing with bonus funds.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular players are automatically enrolled in the 8abd VIP Program. There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate. 8abd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program at any time.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into 8abd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

  • The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.
  • The depositing account must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
  • Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be credited to your account promptly.
  • If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been fully met.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit request generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. A withdrawal request may be cancellable before processing begins. In specific circumstances, 8abd reserves the right to suspend or cancel suspicious transactions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8abd offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services. Specific rules apply to each category.

6.1 General Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 8abd reserves the right to cancel that bet.
  • If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • Winnings will be credited to the account after the outcome of the bet has been determined.

6.2 Game Result Integrity

All games and slots on 8abd are protected by SSL encryption and fair play is ensured. If you have doubts about any result, you may contact the support team. 8abd retains game logs and result records.

6.3 System Failure

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, a server error, or any other reason, 8abd will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state. 8abd will not be liable for any losses in such circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus fraud — account farming or taking advantage of bonuses through coordinated means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Hacking, manipulating, or using automated bots on the platform's software.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Providing false identity or documents.
  • Any systematic manipulation or group fraud against the platform.
  • Assisting minors (under 21 years of age) in using the platform.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Technical errors caused by third-party game providers.
  • Losses resulting from an account password falling into someone else's hands.
  • Service suspension or restriction due to legal or regulatory changes.
  • Service disruption caused by unforeseen technical interruptions.
